Welcome to PJM Building Management

PJM Building Management (PJM) was established in April 2003 as we were appointed to provide building management services to a large residential building located in the centre of the Sydney CBD.

Since this first building we have developed and grown our business structure to include caretaking and cleaning services, including steam cleaning,graffiti and rubbish removal services. We now manage over 30 strata and community schemes.

We have also extended our portfolio to include a range of residential and commercial buildings. We also provide various other one off type consulting and cleaning projects as required.

PJM have been members of the peak strata industry group Strata Community Australia (SCA) for 13 years and have been a committee memeber of the supplier chapter committee between 2008 and 2010.
